Moraine Lake in Banff National Park. (remember to breathe)
(via kuchikisrukia)
It is a tradition that begins very early in the morning, but every year Elizabeth wakes her son to join her in a pre-Christmas adventure from Calgary to Banff. They begin their day by heading up the Sulphur Mountain gondola, then it’s off to the Banff Springs Hotel followed by lunch at St. James Gate pub; a burger for her and Dubliner Mac ‘n’ Cheese for her son. This past December, Elizabeth made sure to take a moment to photograph their day together, it just so happens that she also captured this (remember to breathe) moment after sunrise at Vermillion Lakes.
Most mornings you wake-up to your normal routine. Others, you awake to pure bliss and serenity. This photo from Frank King captures just that. Thank you, Frank, for sharing your (remember to breathe) moment from Lake Louise with us!
Beautiful!
Hoar frost is so beautiful, especially when contrasted against the bright blue sky. Nice photo.
Had some cold weather this week, + some fog a couple nights = amazingly beautiful hoarfrost. My inner photographer wasn’t satisfied until I had taken some shots.

This photo, taken in Banff, absolutely took our breath away.

They call him the Digital Nomad and now we know why. Andrew Evans from National Geographic spent last week exploring Alberta and we loved hearing about his experience through his tweets and photos. This photo was taken during his stay in Banff. We can’t wait to see what he gets up to next!
We were absolutely stunned by this Lake Louise photo from Instagrammer Fredy and knew this was a (remember to breathe) moment to be shared.

Our recent (remember to breathe) campaign was no easy feat to pull together. From the backcountry to the top of snow capped mountains and back to the city, no Alberta landmark was left unseen. It was an adventure we will not soon forget and we couldn’t be happier with how these videos all came together.
