Tipi Camping Experience: Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump - Alberta, Canada

Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump is located in Alberta, Canada — where the foothills of the Rocky Mountains begin to rise from the prairie, 18 km northwest of Fort Macleod.

Designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981, Head-Smashed-In features an interpretive centre that aims to educate both locals and tourists alike.

“Our videos take viewers on an emotional journey.” - Bruce Okabe, CEO

We made this video in hopes of showing the world how breathtaking our province truly is. From the highest peak to the lowest hill, we wanted to capture it all. Little did we know then that over 1,000,000 people would watch this video and share the pride of Alberta we so proudly bring to you every day. Thank you to everyone who has watched, shared and liked this video. We couldn’t have done it without you.

From the Milky Way above Lake Louise to the majestic Rocky Mountain views we all know and love, Eric Frigon has captured it all. We were truly blown away by the photos he recently shared with us and think you will be as well.
